Complimentary Worldwide Shipping

MALITI offers complimentary standard shipping to all destinations currently served by our online store.

Available shipping destinations are determined by the country or region selected during checkout. If delivery to a particular destination is currently unavailable, it will not be possible to complete an order for that destination.

Our international shipping network is carefully selected and may be adjusted from time to time due to carrier availability, customs requirements, regulatory restrictions or circumstances affecting safe and reliable delivery.

MALITI ships internationally to a carefully selected and continually reviewed range of destinations.

Available destinations may change as we expand our international service or in response to changes in shipping conditions, carrier services, customs requirements, regulatory restrictions or other circumstances affecting reliable delivery.

The destinations available during checkout represent the countries and regions currently served by MALITI.

Shipping Costs

Standard shipping is complimentary for all destinations currently served by MALITI.

There is no minimum order value required for complimentary standard shipping unless otherwise stated during checkout.

If an optional expedited or special delivery service is offered, any additional charge will be clearly displayed before the order is placed.

Local Currencies and Prices

Where available, prices are displayed in the currency applicable to your selected country or region.

The final price applicable to your order will be displayed during checkout before you complete your purchase.

Currency conversion and market-specific pricing may result in differences between prices displayed in different countries or regions.

Duties and Import Taxes

For international orders shipped across customs borders, customs duties, import taxes and other import-related charges may apply.

For destinations currently served by MALITI, our aim is to provide a seamless purchasing experience in which applicable duties and import taxes associated with the delivery of your order are included in the price or otherwise borne by MALITI.

Where MALITI offers delivery on a duties- and taxes-inclusive basis, you will not be required to pay additional customs duties or import taxes upon delivery.

The final amount payable for your order will be shown during checkout before you complete your purchase.

Customs procedures and requirements are determined by the authorities of the destination country or region and may be subject to change.

Delivery

Estimated delivery information will be provided during the ordering or shipping process where available.

Delivery times may vary depending on the destination, customs clearance, carrier operations and other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Once your order has been dispatched, tracking information will be provided where available.

Please ensure that the delivery address and contact information provided with your order are complete and correct.

Customs Information

International shipments may require customs documentation and information concerning the products, their value, origin and classification.

MALITI will prepare the required export and shipping documentation for the original delivery based on the information available to us and the requirements applicable to the destination.

Customers may occasionally be contacted by the carrier or local customs authorities where additional information is required to complete customs clearance.

Delivery Restrictions

From time to time, MALITI may temporarily or permanently suspend delivery to particular countries or regions.

This may occur due to carrier restrictions, customs or regulatory requirements, international sanctions, armed conflict, natural disasters or other circumstances affecting our ability to provide safe and reliable delivery.

If a destination is not currently available, it will not be possible to select that destination for delivery during checkout.

MALITI continually reviews the destinations we serve in order to maintain a reliable international shipping service.

Damaged Shipments

Every MALITI order is carefully inspected and securely prepared for shipment.

Please inspect your parcel promptly upon delivery.

If the shipping package shows visible signs of damage, we ask that you document the condition of the parcel and its packaging upon receipt wherever reasonably possible.

Please retain the shipping packaging and all protective materials and contact us promptly at maliti@t-online.de if you believe that an item has been damaged during transport.

Photographs of the outer packaging, internal packaging, shipping label and affected product may be requested so that we can assess the matter and, where applicable, make a claim with the carrier or transport insurer.

Your mandatory statutory rights remain unaffected.

Returns

Complimentary shipping applies to the original delivery of your order.

If you choose to return an item, the direct cost of returning the goods is your responsibility, except where MALITI is responsible for the return, for example where an item is defective, damaged upon delivery or incorrectly supplied, or where applicable law provides otherwise.

For returns from outside the European Union, customers must follow the return and customs instructions provided by MALITI. This helps ensure that returned goods are correctly declared and avoids unnecessary duties, taxes, customs charges or carrier fees upon their return to Germany.
